It is increasingly difficult for many businesses and organizations to make timely decisions. The main users of OLAP applications are decision-makers (managers, executives, etc.) who are under pressure because of frequent business or organizational tasks. Decision requirements are often associated with many uncertain circumstances. Therefore, managers decision-making procedures are often based not only on the resulting OLAP report, but also on the opinions of experts who consider a wide range of circumstances. This paper presents the application of the BeCoMe method in managers decision-making over OLAP outputs. The use of the method is shown in case study with OLAP reports on revenue from selected products sold. The presented OLAP outputs were made up of 10 decision-makers from businesses (managers, experts, or executives). The decision-makers expressed their views (each from their own point of view).
