Altogether 45 species were found in the study area, representing 50 % of the known Czech fauna of this family (66.2 % of the known fauna of Bohemia), however, rich materials collected within the last two years of the present research have not yet been identified (especially those from localities Vršíček, Holibka, etc.). Most of the species found are European or probably European in distribution (19 spp., 42.2 %), followed by Palaearctic or probably Palaearctic (14 spp., 31.1 %). A much smaller proportion belongs to the other elements (Holarctic, temperate and South European or probably those, temperate and North European or probably those - 3 spp. each, temperate European, probably Eurosiberian and West Palaearctic - 1 sp. each). One species (E. slovacus) is reported here first for the territory of Bohemia. First records of three species were published previously (BARTÁK 1995), viz., C. argenteus, E. demeyeri, and N. scutellatus.
