rocambarus virginalis Lyko, 2017 is highly invasive freshwater parthenogenetic species from family Cambaridae with uncertain geographic origin. Supposedly, the first recorded asexual reproduction originated through a macromutation first detected in the German aquarium trade. The populations are growing fast due to their rapid lifecycle and high fecundity, when P. virginalis females are able to reproduce themselves in the same season they were born in. Beside they compete for the resources with native species, marble crayfish is also the vector of crayfish plague (Aphanomyces astaci Schikora). This highly infectious disease is fatal for indigenous European crayfish species and causes the local extinctions. This short note provides the data on marbled crayfish monitoring collected at the locality of Radovesicka spoil heap, Bilina, Usti nad Labem Region, Czech Republic. Altogether, 17 adult and 50 juveniles marbled crayfish were captured in Vrisicek pond in 2019 and 2020. Based on repeated observation,
