The information society, the society based on knowledge requires from the company management continuous and dynamic innovative transformation. The economy, business are changing and the needs, exigencies, possibilities of the managers workare on that account transforming. New implemented information and communication technologies (ICT) require absolutely different access and work with information sources. The implementation, system integration and ICT control are necessary conditions for successful workof companies, state and public administration. ICT infrastructure is a complicated distributed system of the computing, transmissioning a communicating instruments, which requires considerable exigencies to its controlling. The controlling of the technical ICT infrastructure merit is necessary condition for the working of ICT services, but it is not sufficient.
