The article deals with finding several interesting relationships, which arise by using very reasonable assuptions from using two- and three-zone models for the properties of matrix elements, which characterize various physical parameters of the catchmentarea. These relationships have the character of both equality and inequality and are the result of physical solvability of emergent systém of linear equations, particularly of the requirements of reality and positivity of eigenvalues of the matrix.
