Application of Overlay Material on Soil Processing Tools for Purpose of Increasing their Abrasive Wear Resistance
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Soil processing belongs among basic tasks in the field of plant production. An intensive wear of changeable wearable parts occurs during soil processing. Within conventional soil processing, significant part of the wear of the ploughing body is concentrated on the ploughshare. The research focused on using overlay material for the purpose of increasing the abrasive wear resistance of soil processing tools. Overlay materials of carbide type (Soudokay A43-0, OK Tubrodur 14.70, OK Tubrodur 15.82) and of martensitic type (Filarc PZ 6159) were used. The aim of the research was to evaluate the wear of the ploughshare, sugar beet ploughshare and chosen overlay materials used on the ploughshare in laboratory tests according to ASTM G65. It is obvious from theexperiment results that the ploughshare and the sugar beet ploughshare are of the same structure, i.e. tempered martensite; it is also obvious that the overlay materials Soudokay A43-0, OK Tubrodur 14.70, OK Tubrodur 15.82 demonstrate bet
