The article presents use of the geometrical methods for representation of the shape of the spruce stem. For the description of the shape the Bookstein coordinates and coordinates obtained with the aid of the Helmert sub-matrix and the centroid size are used. The article demonstrates influence of the Konšel tree classes on the stem shape in pure premature stand.
