The article supplies the information concerning the transformation on the informal MFIs to formal ones. It underlines some risks of finance investors to the microfinancial segment of the money market. Financial investors influence the possible development of MFIs and reverse. In the contrary, MFIs can farcity or weaken the economic development in local areas and thus to decrease the financial effects and farm sustainable development.
