Název v původním jazyce
Study of adhesion of silver layers produced by Cold Gas Dynamic Spray process to different substrates.
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
"Cold Spray (CGDS) is an innovative method for producing metal layers, which is founded on acceleration of metal powder over speed of ultrasound and in covering sufficient plastic deformation leading to connection of particles at impact to the substrate.Layers produced in this was are characterized with significantly better properties, such as smaller grain size, lower porosity and higher hardness than layers produced by conventional methods (f.ex. classical thermal spray). This method seems to be prospective for sputtering target production used in glass industry. One of the problems, which can occur during manufacturing process, is insufficient adhesion of the layer to the substrate caused by internal stress. Aim of this work was to analyze coatingsproduced on different substrates and using various surface treatments to determine the appropriate combination of these parameters to ensure a solid bond between substrate and layer.
