Influence of reaction condition onto hydrotreating of rapeseed oil
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The influence of reaction conditions onto compositions and properties of products from hydrotreating of rapeseed oil has been studied, in particular with regard to the use of the products as components of diesel fuel. Raw materials were mixed in ratio of 83 wt. % of isooctane and 17 wt. % of rapeseed oil. Sulfur in form of dimethyldisulphide was then added in amount of 0.28 wt. %. Experiments were carried out at a pressure of 4.0 and 8.0 MPa and temperatures of 320, 340, 360 and 380 °C. The ratio of hydrogen to the feedstock was 230 m3?m-3. WHSV (weight hour space velocity) was about 1 hr-1. Co Mo/Al2O3+SiO2 catalyst was used. The aim of the experiments was to assess what proportion of rapeseed oil would convert to alkanes by hydrodeoxygenation, hydrodecarbonylation and, what part of the resulting n-alkanes would undergo an isomerization and to determine structure of dominant isoalkanes. Moreover, it was studied if alkanes would be converted to alkylcykloalkanes by cyclization and to alkylaromatics by dehydrocyclization. It was determined how abovementioned reactions depended on reaction conditions and how properties of rapeseed oil conversion products varied depending on these conditions.
