Experiments were carried out in laboratory bioreactor BIOSTAT B (B.Braun Biotech). Reactor was filled ether with water or with cultivation medium. Temperature decrease from 60 0C was monitored for 20 h. Impact of thermal reactor insulation, medium type and air flow rate were evaluated. Proposed model was optimized and identified with the use of simulation software PSI/c.
