Based on the cooperation between Dept. of Comp. and Cont. Engn., Univ. of Chem. Technol. in Prague and south Bohemian dairy comp. MADETA a.s. in Čes. Budějovice process model for selected products manufacture and follow?up activities was developed in ARIS (Architect. of Intg. Informat. Syst.) for paedagogical purposes and to good advantage of MADETA a.s. in specialized ? production subsidiaries as well. The ARIS application areas include business process definition, recording, modelling and their analysis, all the way up to optimisation and conversion of company processes. From more than 200 dairy products ?Jihočeská lahůdka? manufactured in production subsidiary Čes. Budějovice was selected for process modelling beginning with material ordering,material flow model in production subsidiary (eEPC ? even-driven process chain) through storage and modelling of milk receipt and treatment until customer?s order model.
