Group contributions for an estimation of partial molar volumes at infinite dilution for aqueous organic solutes at extended ranged of temperature and pressure.
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Experimental data on the partial molar volume at infinite dilution for two groups of organic solutes (derivatives of benzene and aliphatic hydroxyl derivatives) measured using a vibrating-tube densimeter in the temperature and pressure ranges 298 - 573 Kand 0.1 - 30 MPa were summarized. A function of temperature and pressure was proposed for smoothing the data. Smoothed values of partial molar volume as a function of temperature and pressure are employed for the evaluation of group and structural contributions. The contributions obtained for particular selected T,p pairs were smoothed and used to estimate the partial molar volumes at infinite dilution of various solutes. Average deviation between partial molar volumes calculated from the contributionsand the experimental data employed for the evaluation of the contributions was less than 1 cm3/mol. Predictions of partial molar volumes of solutes not included in the evaluation of the contributions were performed and compared with avail
