Relations between IS/IT, mathematic-statistical methods and methods of Technical Cybernetics are introduced. Data Warehousing systems for multidimensional analysis (OLAP) are described briefly. As a basis for Data Mining and Processing the systems MOLAP,ROLAP and HOLAP (Multidimensional, Relational, Hybrid On-Line Analytical Proccesing) are mentioned first. Methods and tools for Data Mining and Processing are dealth with according to SAS Institute Inc. Namely Predictive modelling, Regression, Neural networks, Decission tree, Classification, Cluster Analysis, Analys Finally inductive method of thinking is discussed as a basis of IS and management systems development in technical and economic processes and during studies at University of Chemical Technology - Prague.
