Cardiovascular diseases pertain to the most frequent reasons for disqualification among military aviators over the last three decades, arrhythmias and conduction disturbances not excluding. Isolated and incomplete right or left bundle branch blocks wereslight aeromedical problem so far. The current case of temporary complete bifascicular block during exercise test led to the review of studies done so far and comparison with our knowledge and experience.
