The publication Acoustics of Musical Spaces in the Czech Republic 2 brings an overview of acoustic features of next 26 major rooms, where the classical music is professed. A selection of concert halls, opera houses and sacred spaces, which acoustic features where measured within the activities of Musical acoustic research centre MARC (project Nr. 1M0531) in the year 2009, is presented. In addition to measured acoustic characteristics, the publication also contains short description, mean sizes and photos of each of spaces. The introduction of the publication acquaints a reader with the understanding of acoustic characteristics and with methods of its measurements.
