Joint collaboration of musicians between HAMU Prague and AG University of Ljubljana (10. and 12. 4. 2024). On the first day, Jan Otčenášek from MARC HAMU taught technicians and sound engineers at AG UNI how to work with low-latency MVTP technology and a training musical connection and session was held. The next day, the musicians collaborated according to the agreement on musical cooperation concluded by vice-deans S. Dvoršak and S. Stejskalová. HAMU was represented by students from the Department of String Instruments under the leadership of Prof. V. Bernášek. The low-latency connection (workshop) was a rehearsal for a joint concert held under the auspices of the embassies of both countries (Mladi_talenti_in_koncert_Nazaj_k_romantiki.pdf). Realized low-latency musical connection saved participants the time and travel costs incurred when rehearsals were conducted in person, as was usually the case before concerts in the past, when low-latency connections between distant musicians were not possible.
