Une formation doctorale pour les artistes praticiens ? L’expérience de la formation doctorale à la faculté de théâtre de l’Académie des arts du spectacle de Prague

La faculté de théâtre de l’Académie des arts du spectacle à Prague délivre une formation en divers métiers de la création scénique depuis sa fondation en 1946. Le département de théâtre dramatique propose actuellement une formation en licence et master dans trois cursus : jeu, mise en scène et dramaturgie, et un troisième cycle axé sur la scénologie. L’article, après une présentation des parcours licence et master (Qui formons-nous ? Comment ? Pour quelles réalités artistiques ?), se concentre notamment sur la conception des études doctorales en arts du spectacle, pour tenter de répondre aux questions telles que : que doit / peut apporter une formation en troisième cycle aux artistes praticiens ? Quels profils de diplômés peuvent émerger de cette formation ? Comment organiser les réalités pédagogiques du parcours doctoral, dès lors qu’il s’agit d’une formation strictement individuelle ? Pour apporter des éléments de réponse concrets, l’article s’appuie également sur quelques parcours déjà accomplis à ce jour, ou en phase de l’être. // GORIAUX, Jitka. The theatre faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague has been offering training in various fields of theatrical creation since its foundation in 1946. The department of dramatic theatre currently provides undergraduate and graduate programs in three areas: acting, directing and dramaturgy, and a Ph.D. program focused on scenology. This article, following an overview of the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Who do we train? How? For what artistic realities?), focuses on the design of Ph.D. studies in performing arts. It seeks to address questions such as: what should/can a Ph.D. program offer to artists-practitioners? What profiles can emerge from this training? How can the pedagogical realities of a strictly individualized Ph.D. program be structured?
