Stability and safety studies of hold extraction systems (1 for each CyMe4BTBP, HidroBTBP, TODGA&PTD)
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The Deliverable Report, D2.1, Stability and safety studies of hold extraction systems (1 for each TODGA, mTDDGA, CyMe4-BTBP/BTPhen, Hydrophilic diglycolamides, CDTA, PTD, & hydrophilic SO3-Ph-BTP/BTBP/BTPhen, AHA and SO3-Ph-BTP), compiles radiolysis and hydrolysis studies of different extractants and hydrophilic complexants for minornactinides studied in GENIORS: TODGA mTDDGA CyMe4-BTBP and CyMe4-BTPhen Hydrophilic diglycolamides CDTA PTD Hydrophilic SO3-Ph-BTP/BTBP/BTPhen AHA and SO3-Ph-BTP. The stability of the organic extracting molecules, selective stripping agent, and diluent plays crucial role in the design and development of radionuclide separating process. This Deliverable covers advanced studies on radiation stability of previously selected panel of extractants into organic phase as well as hydrophilic stripping and masking agents. The studies herein comprise determinations of the radiation stability of the extraction systems as well as a deeper insight into degradation processes proceeding in molecular structures of the individual ligands during irradiation under various conditions. The knowledge on stability of the extraction and stripping systems and identification of degradation products plays essential role in the respect to safety of the process.n
