Mechanistic definition of chronic pancreatitis descibed chronic pancreatiis as a pathological fibroinflammatory syndrome of the pancreas in persons with genetic ,enviromental and other risk factors leading to the development of parsistent pathological damage to the pancreatic parenchyma. Of particular importance is rhe definition of conceptual model characterizing the development of chronic pancreatitis is one of the stage of this process - early form of chronic pancreatitis.Problem is , that the criterias of diagnosis chronic pancreatitis allows the determination of mild, or moderate stages of the disease, but does not reliability determine the early form. A combination of sophisticated imaging methods, eith assessment functional status of the gland the presence of pain or genral clinical condition is reguired. But there is still no diagnostic method in clinical practice that can establish the diagnosis of early stage of chronic pancreatitis.Other studies in this topic are neeeded.
