Proceedint is dealing with the migration of the inhabitants between the Slovak an Czech Republic Countries, where the Slovaks have been the most actively migration part. This migration for their extension and different run was articulated in periods 1945-1959 and 1960-1992. In the first period is in detail analyzed the share of Slovakians migrating persons in the aftewards period of settlement of Czech and Moravia - Silesia borderland and paid attention to the more of Slovaks to the Ostrava industral region in the main phases of "socialist industralization". The interst of the second period runs in the sphere of analyzes of industrial magration to the key industry region of Ostrava after the year 1960 have begun the Slovak heavy mass migration move.
