The main objective of the study is to compare and evaluate the differences of values of the analysis of the body composition of men and women measured by bioimpedance analyzers that differ in the applied electric current frequency, number of electrodes and flow of the electric current through the individual body parts. The optimal size of the error of measurement for the BIA method was not exceeded by the differences in the mean values of men between Tanita 418 MA-InBody 720, Tanita 418 MA-Omron BF 300and InBody R20-Omron BF 300; as far women were concerned, these included analyzers Tanita 418 MA-InBody 720, Tanita 418 MA-InBody R20 and InBody 720-R20. The lowest mean values of the body fat representation in men and women were measured by the Omron BF300 analyzer, the highest values by the InBody R20 analyzer. The total body water values were corresponding.
