Model consideration of the effects of public support for housing development in order to achieve physical availability and afforability is based on the hypothesis, which raises the question and finds it credible answer: Is social stability in housing real provide? Model and its possible application should be sufficiently effective and characterized by the efficiency at the same time - social stability. In conditions where there is a balanced housing market are used more targeted support to the demand for housing. If this theory is true, but it is also always necessary to identify what signals to send the housing market. As a premise at the same time it is always true that participates in social housing, economic, environmental and cultural factors. Does this mean that affects the whole shape of its parts, it can not be determined only by analysis of its parts. The article is the result of research activities conducted for the Ministry for Regional Development.
