Consideration of Ageing in the Probabilistic Safety Assessment
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The probabilistic models of safety equipment within the probabilistic safety assessment are based on assumption of constant failure rate. The fault trees are linked together with the event trees, which model the accident scenarios of the plant and whichcombine the systems together in an overall model leading to the assessment of plant safety. The new probabilistic safety assessment models, which include information about ageing, are developed. The developed models are inserted into the models of the probabilistic safety assessment in order that the ageing effects are considered directly. The models of the small example applications are developed and the results are evaluated. The results show a slight increase of risk considering the ageing effects. The assessment of the risk increase due to ageing is very uncertain, because of lack of appropriate data for the developed new models.
