This research dealt with system for Mobile Service Quality Monitoring and the result consists of SW application for Android serving as a probe and the server part collecting data from probes and providing their evaluation. The monitoring probe for Andorid enables four type of tests: COVERAGE TEST, WEB SPEED TEST, DATA SPEED TEST and VOICE TEST. In the first mentioned Coverage test, parameters of networks from smartphone are collected such vaules of RSRP, RSRQ, SINR for LTE and RSSI, BER, ASU for GSM/UMTS and others such as EnodeB, TAC, LAC, Cell-D, PCell-ID and location from GPS. Speech quality is measured and other parameters regarding of quality speech and data services. In addition to local mode launched by user, a remote control is possible from the server. The developed system is the result of contract industrial research under contract agreement no. HS4401512.
