During its lifetime, the DRIVES Project website has been visited by more than 18,500 people from all over the world. The results have been presented at a number of events with global or European impact - a selected list of events is available here: https://www.project-drives.eu/Media/Publications/220/Publications_220_20220621_191721.pdf (Annex 2)DRIVES released first version of Sectoral Skills Strategy in May 2020 (D2.9 DRIVES Skills Agenda Strategy & Roadmap) as result of more than two years work of the partnership on the sectoral analysis. The Strategy is based on the overall sectoral analysis and is composed by eight Key Actions with number of Specific Actions to be taken in order to build sustainable ecosystem for continuous cooperation on upskilling and reskilling of workforce in the automotive sector. The document includes also roadmap that puts the strategy in to the stakeholders' perspective with indication which stakeholders is key or supportive for particular specific actions. The second release of the Strategy and Roadmap was done in December 2020 (D2.10 DRIVES Skills Agenda Strategy & Roadmap - Second release). For the purpose of the second update, each Key Action (identified as part of the first release) was put under the attention of several stakeholders of the sector to investigate their relevance and consistency -taking into consideration the detailed Actions to be done for each KA, and if any revisions of their strategic approach were necessary. Specific Workshops were organised to present DRIVES results and collect feedback using instant poll tools to gather feedback from automotive stakeholders as well as dedicated one-to-one meetings with umbrella organisations (ACEA, CLEPA, ETRMA and CONFINDUSTRIA/SFC).The third release was published in December 2021 (D2.11 DRIVES Skills Agenda Strategy & Roadmap - Third release). The objective of this third and final release was to further enrich the roadmap with information and best practices that can help the wider automotive community translate the strategy outlined in the roadmap (first and second release) into a set of practical and operational actions for implementation. As the sectoral intelligence process (first release of the roadmap) was organised into 8 Key Actions and 56 Specific Actions - and the second release was focused more on the validation of the 8 main Key Actions, this final release was based on the gaps highlighted between ((Demand}} and ((Offer to search for successful best practices that could serve as the translation of the Key Actions on a practical level. To do this, a matching exercise was carried out between the 56 Specific Actions and the best practices identified with the support of WP5 under the Good Practice Resource Tool. The above led to the definition of 4 main priority topics that were presented to the above mentioned workshops - composed of automotive regional stakeholders from the following countries: Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain. The highlights of the strategy and roadmap are available here: https://www.project-drives.eu/en/sectorintelligence
