Article discusses the reclamation, as a summary of the activities leading to correct undesired anthropogenic interference with the landscape and mining attempt to restore the affected land to its original state so that once again fulfill its basic ecological functions. For this purpose, we have several types of reclamation, especially forest, hydric, agricultural, recreational, and others. Reclamation method is chosen in accordance with nature, so that was incorporated into the reclaimed landscape. Theissue paper is focused on restoration forestry. When restoring the landscape in this way is essential foliage, especially wood. Therefore, this article discusses the selection of suitable trees and materials for forest reclamation and identifies criticalfactors for their selection. In conclusion, this article discusses the possible use of extractive waste as a material for the above mentioned method of reclamation.
