This chapter is devoted to the preparation of the data necessary for the individual stages of design documentation concerning the design of sewerage system, sewer connection, water supply, and water-service pipe. It does not deal with the specific design of the above-mentioned constructions, but it introduces the minimum requirements resulting from the existing legislation in force in the Czech Republic. It also outlines the possibilities of various permission modes for these constructions and deals with the obligations of the owners of these constructions and the possible sanctions for administrative offenses in the Water Act section.
