Development of software interface for transfer of patient medication preparation from Czech DASTA standard to international HL7 standard
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The safety of the drug delivery process increases with the introduction of new technologies and innovative approaches. The current safest and most effective practice is the automated preparation of drug therapies for individual patients centralized in a hospital pharmacy using robotically prepared single-dose drugs. Based on the performed analyzes, a combination of robotics for the preparation of single dose packages of drugs with one of the automated warehouses was recommended. Swisslog's combination of robotic technology meets this requirement. The paper describes the proposed technological-process change, defines the technical parameters and requirements of the system and identifies the requirements for IS/IT and NIS/LIS, respectively communication interface to the software solution of the central automated preparation of medicines Swisslog PillPick System and Swisslog BoxPicker so that the set can work in Czech hospitals. The paper deals with the creation of a SW interface that converts data necessary for robotic preparation of patient medication from the Czech DASTA data standard to the HL7 international standard used by selected robotics.
