The article describes the money and capital market tools most commonly used by corporations in The Netherlands and the Czech Republic. The range of the tools used is very similar in both countries, despite the differences in the size of the two markets.The Netherlands has one of the most highly developed financial markets in the Eurozone; and the Czech Republic is the leading country within the CEE region in this respect.
