Brownfields are produced as a regular outcome of industrial change and restructure in any country. Unsolved brownfields impact in the economy serves as a negative externality to their environment. In this paper I focus on structure and registers of brownfields in the Czech Republic with focusing mainly on the Moravo-Silezian region where can be seen regional disparities of brownfield localization. This register helps regions and municipalities to grasp the rise and type of their rejuvenation problem. Sothere are registers produced to visualise certain aspects of brownfields which also help investors searching for some information about appropriate localities for their investment projects. The last part of the article is focused on two choice effectiveproject of regeneration brownfield in Moravo-Selezian region. Without understanding our brownfields profile, register creation and management and sequential analysis, economic units (Moravo-Silezian region) cannot grasp the issue and can
