Evaluation of EU cohesion is approach which simply lacks a mainstream view. The paper examines and analyses level of cohesion in the case of Visegrad Four NUTS II regions by selected Structural indicators of the European Union. Theoretical background ofthe paper set out the methodological concept of cohesion, focusing on the possibility of measuring and the methodology of selected method convenient for measuring of regional disparities. The empirical part of the paper analyses and evaluates the level of regional development potential of Visegrad Four regions through selected statistical method in the case of 9 selected regional Structural indicators which reflect the level of economic, social and territorial disparities
