The Using of Geovisualisation Tools in Area of Emergency Management Support
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This paper describes of geodata content definition, formalization, and visualization in the context of emergency management and combines them with process modeling and knowledge representation techniques. The process of Emergency Management is visualizedby BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) diagrams at the highest level of process hierarchy. Then the process analysis and modeling of the emergency activities are decomposed in top-down manner and XPDL (XML Process Definition Language) is used as the primary process definition format. Relations and rules among participants, their activities, used software tools, processed data and information are then transformed to the form of application ontology. The new entity relationship data model of ontology contents has been developed as the tool of decision making support in crisis scenario. In this way the ontology is implemented as the part of the process based emergency management system.
