The paper deals with a problem of awareness and utilization of ICT applications among small and medium firms from Moravian-Silesian region. Information and communication technology (ICT) advances dramatically changed the way firms operate. ICT holds a support function in firms operations and have a profound impact on firm?s performance. The use of various software solutions is today a matter of course in all enterprises. Adoption of information technology and especially Enterprise Resource Planning systems and its modules helped to develop integrated ICT systems. The aim of the paper is to present results of an exploratory study of firm?s ICT utilization based on data from questionnaire survey and measured using AHP method. The paper is especially focused on the usage of ICT applications their integrity and maintenance. It discusses the results with regard particular areas of research interest.
