The ensuring of satisfactory level of public goods is an important aspect of public sector management. The provision of public services and public goods are subject of specific conditions. The public services and public goods should be provided efficiently and in line with consumer demand and should meet the provider&apos;s political and financial priorities as well as other obligatory commitments. Its role in this matter also play citizens that are increasingly appealing on the provision of high-quality, accessible and cost-effective public services and public goods in line with the principle &quot;value for money&quot;. Measuring and evaluating of public services and provided public goods are therefore a topical issue. The special case is the providing of mixed public goods. This article deals with the topic of evaluation of mixed public goods provided in the cultural sector, in the field of theaters. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the level of mixed public goods provided by Czech professional theatres from the perspective of technical and financial ensuring. The multi-criteria evaluation method WSA is used to assessment of the level of provided cultural goods. The results of the research point out great variability of organizations associated in the Professional Theater Association when assessing the technical and financial matters. The organizations are ranked according to the level of provided mixed public goods from the best to the worst one.
