How to teach programing languages?

This paper briefly summarizes the current situation associated with the existence of electronic data and their exponential growth in all fields of human activity. The methods and procedures for the use of electronic data are generally presented. In this issue, we analyzed the problem of crime prevention and ways of implementation of prevention in the Czech Republic by state authorities and institutions. We have studied inspirational prevention solutions abroad and also several already implemented projects in the Czech Republic that use data mining practices. The results are affected by the synergies of collaborating subjects who have recently worked in isolation. In addition, an extensive survey of currently publicly available data that could contribute to crime prevention and security has been conducted. It has been confirmed that freely available information for prediction models is not sufficient and for advanced analysis it is necessary to have more detailed data on criminal activities. Providing anonymized data about individual registered crimes is possible. This is confirmed, for example, by the project "Bezpečný Kolín". Several models and experimental applications were tested with simulated data at the Technical University as examples to help prevent crime in the Liberec region.
