In this paper, we investigate possibility of representing a SQL query using an undirected graph, and use such representation to determine similarity, much like in a way regular text documents are examined during the classification process, e.g., for the purpose of sentiment analysis, etc. We analyze use of two possible approaches with two graph similarity metrics to measure similarity between certain query graph and a super graph that represents certain class of queries. The results indicate possible applicability of the idea, but also revealed several pitfalls and limitations.
