Developing Shiny application
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Data analysis is a broad area with a high barrier to entry. Aside from theoretical knowledge, the would-be data analysts also need to learn about the environment they will use to perform the analysis. One of the most popular freeware options is the R: A language for statistical computing. Moreover, the Shiny package can be installed within the R distribution. The Shiny provides simple-to-use syntax to create a Front-end application to your Back-end R code. However, as a programming language, it can be quite daunting for anyone to start working with, especially if you have no experience in creating web applications. In this guide, we provide a single user-friendly application, also containing visualisations of the results, to make the first steps in data analysis much easier. We start with the mock-up design, giving pointers to what you need to consider before you even start the analysis, then follow through with the description of many available packages, highlighting the most useful, and finally, we end with the example, where we can put to good use what we just learned.
