Der Text resümiert und ergänzt die bisherige Erkentnisse über die Tätigkeit des bedeutenden hochbarocken Stuckateurs und Kunstmarmorschöpfers Giacomo Antonio Corbellini (1674 - 1742), der in Mähren (1698 – 1708) und folgends in Böhmen (1709 – 1718) wirkte, von wo er nach Ludwigsburg (Deutschland) wegging. Der Autor beschäftigt sich kritisch mit den bestehenden Zuschreibungen, widmet sich dem Corbellin´schen Stil der im mitteleuropäischen Kontext ausgewertet wird; abschließend sind die wesentliche Forschungsdesiderate zusammengefasst.

The text summarizes and completes existing knowledge related to the work of Giacomo Antonio Corbellini (1674 - 1742) - an outstanding high baroque stucco artist and maker of the artificial marble, who worked in Moravia (1698 – 1708) and subsequently in Bohemia (1709 – 1718) from where he went to Ludwigsburg, Germany. The author devotes himself to a critical review of existing attributions, the characteristics of Corbellini's style and the Central European context of his work, and finally summarizes the essential desiderata of the current research.
