Das mährische und böhmische Landesrecht enthielt Vorschriften über die Erklärung der Feindseligkeit und die Beilegung von Streitigkeiten (Fehden) durch Selbsthilfe unter Anwendung von regulierter Gewalt. Diese Regeln wurden im mittelalterlichen Westeuropa gebildet und im 14. und 15. Jahrhundert teilweise in den böhmischen Ländern akzeptiert. Die Fehderegeln spielten im 15. Jahrhundert eine wichtige Rolle, die mit mehreren Stadien von Kriegskonflikten verbunden war. Die Landordnungen reduzierten das Institut Fehde zu Beginn des 16. Jahrhunderts.

Moravian provincial law included rules on the declaration of hostility and the resolution of disputes (feuds) by self-help, using regulated violence. These rules were formed in medieval Western Europe and they were partially accepted in the Czech lands in the 14th and 15th centuries. The rules of feud played an important role in the 15th century, which was associated with several stages of war conflicts. The Land Codes reduced the institute of feud at the beginning of the 16th century.
