The aim of the workshop was twofold: first, to discuss current human rights issues related to systems of their protection, both at universal and regional level, this year under the aspect of migration; second, to bring together academics and students from different continents and countries, as the different (regional) perspectives play an important (inspirational) role enhancing effectiveness of human rights´ protection.
