Human rights obligation were longtime reserved within the domain of States. The phenomenon of globalisations, trans-continental business nets and the rapidity in private economic affairs have moved the accent as well on human rights protection on different entrepreneurs, stakeholders and actors. Transnational corporations, multinational enterprises and international financial organization play an immense role within human rights ambit. In 2011, the UN adopted Guideline Principles on Business and Human Rights. Ten years after an open-ended intergovernmental working group on Transnational corporations and other business entreprises with respect to human rights has already drafted a third version of a legally binding instrument to regulate these activities. The aim of the international conferece is to discuss thoroughly topics related to the envolvement of business activites in human rights protections. We invite submission of original research papers that display new challenges in the BHR research field. Areas of interest would be: • Corporate Social Responsibility of TNC • Procedural aspects to seek judicial remedy on national or international level • Human Rights violations by TNCs during pandemic; • UN Treaty on Business and Human Rights • Human rights due diligence • International legal personality of TNCs and their responsibility for human rights abuses
