In questo lavoro riassumiamo le attivita di due Tribunali Ecclesiastici (a Olomouc e a Brno) nel contesto di determinate vicende politiche, storiche ed ecclesiastiche per valutare il loro approccio alla formazione del personale giudiziario ed il metodo per far fronte all'aumento dei casi dopo che la Chiesa nella Repubblica Ceca ha riconquistato la liberta anche per queste attivita giudiziarie. La situazione del Tribunale di Olomouc è stata in molti passaggi piuttosto insolita. Fino al 1990 in questo tribunale era possibile affrontare le cause in tutte e tre le istanze. Per porre rimedio alla situazione e riportarla alla normalita fu necessario l'intervento della Segnatura Apostolica. Dal 1997 il Tribunale lavora come Tribunale Interdiocesano e attualmente è l'unico tribunale Interdiocesano nella Repubblica Ceca. Il Tribunale di Brno è stata fortemente concentrata sulla struttura data dall'ex Ufficiale Pacal fino all'arrivo del Vicario corrente. La corte è stata modernizzata dopo il 2005. Entrambi i Tribunali sono stati e sono fortemente influenzati dalle personalita che hanno operato. In entrambi i Tribunali, c'è stato comunque un cambio generazionale, in ultimo nel 2016

This article aims to analyze and evaluate the situation of the Judiciary of the Roman Catholic Church in the Moravian church province since the legal effectiveness of the Code of Canon Law from 1983 to the present (June 2015) in canonical-legal and historical view. The author as a notary of one of Moravian church courts had the opportunity to work with an otherwise inaccessible archive materials of both courts. The author describes in the article the situation of the diocesan court in Brno, which is the first instance court for the territory of the Brno diocese and church tribunal in Olomouc which exercises judicial power as inter-diocesan court. Church tribunal in Olomouc is now the court of the first instance for Olomouc archdiocese and Ostrava-Opava diocese, while is also an appeal tribunal of the second instance for cases dealt in the first instance in Brno and in Prague. The situation of both courts, their activities, personal cast, characteristics and differences during this period varied as discussed in the context of religious-political changes, as well as in the consequences of the action of some strong personalities involved in the courts
