Il testo descrive la possibilità di istituire tribunali amministrativi ecclesiastici a livello di chiese locali, in particolare di conferenze episcopali. In termini di contenuto, il testo copre i due codici della Chiesa cattolica (CIC e CCEO). Il documento presenta innanzitutto il progetto dei tribunali amministrativi nei lavori preparatori del CCEO, come emerge dal bollettino Nuntia, e poi presenta la proposta di istituzione di tribunali amministrativi locali nel CIC/1983. Entrambi i codici sono stati infine promulgati senza norme che regolassero la giustizia amministrativa. Mentre il CCEO non contiene alcuna disposizione, solo due disposizioni del CIC/1983 sono dedicate ai tribunali amministrativi, vale a dire i can. 149 § 2 e 1400 § 2. Inoltre, il testo presenta tre modi in cui i tribunali amministrativi locali potrebbero essere istituiti sia nella Chiesa latina sia nelle aree in cui sono presenti le Chiese cattoliche orientali. Infine, il testo si conclude con alcune obiezioni pratiche all&apos;istituzione di tribunali amministrativi locali.

The text describes the possibility of establishing ecclesiastical administrative courts at the level of local churches, especially episcopal conferences. In terms of content, the text covers the two codes of the Catholic Church (CIC and CCEO). The paper first presents the project of administrative courts in the preparatory work for the CCEO, as revealed in the Nuntia Bulletin, and then presents the proposal for the establishment of local administrative courts in the CIC/1983. Both codes were finally promulgated without norms regulating administrative justice. While the CCEO does not contain any provision at all, only two provisions in CIC/1983 are devoted to administrative courts, namely Can. 149 § 2 and 1400 § 2. Further, the text presents three ways in which local administrative courts could be established both in the Latin Church and in areas where Eastern Catholic Churches are present. Finally, the text concludes with some practical objections to the establishment of local administrative courts.
