Monitoring of environmental components in relation to changes in global biochemical cycles and space-bound occurrence of their deposition is one of the world`s most actual areas. This area plays an important role in managed care and crisis management. One of the dominant components of the environment is water in all state and especially snow and ice. The issue of monitoring of weight and height of the snow deposition concentrations is a task which is currently engaged in research projects of environmental, geographical, technical studies. This research projects try to find answers to the questions of how successfully predict the weight of snow. To find answers to the question how to predict and measure the percentage of water inside and percentage which have the accompanying materials. The main task is a prediction of the water capacity of the snow cover based on sensors in wireless network and small format aerial photography SFAP). The second task is quantification of snow weight base
