This annual summary report offers an overview of solved contracts according to the orders placed by the Spolpharma s.r.o. company during 2013. Based on the precisely defined requirements from the customer, the scientific studies were conducted involvingthe preparation of supplied samples, their chromatographic analysis and interpretation of obtained data, including the system suitability tests and quantification of selected conservants by RP-HPLC in the samples from the customer's portfolio. The contract research also incorporated the transfer of the analytical method, its validation, testing of precision and accuracy (intra-laboratory and by the international inter-laboratory comparison). The outcomes of this commercial cooperation led to the set ofrecommendations concerning the modifications in composition of products in accordance with the applicable production and legislative regulations.
