Die Arbeit, respektive ihre Aspekte beeinflusst in größerem oder kleineren Maße die Lebensqualität. Angesichts der aktuellen Trends des Verständnisses der Arbeitsqualität, der vor allem das Begreifen der Lebensqualität als multidimensionaler Konstrukt mit wachsendem Akzent auf das subjektive Empfinden der Lebensqualität bedeutet, können wir die Wortverbindung Qualität des Arbeitslebens durch den Begriff Zufriedenheit in Beziehung zur Arbeit, zum Arbeitsplatz ersetzen. Der vorgelegte Beitrag stellt eineder Aktivitäten des Projekts Forschung der Lebensqualität von Personen mit spezifischen Bedürfnissen (IGA_PdF_2013_006) vor, die auf die Qualität des Arbeitslebens dieser Personen gerichtet ist. This paper is a presentation of one of the research activities of the project the quality of life of individuals with specific needs (IGA_PdF_2013_006), which focuses on the quality of working life for these people. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the reader to design research that would confirm the hypothesis selected usability requirements of ISO 9001 (link standards implemented in the organization and the quality of working life) to improve the quality of working life (satisfaction) ofpersons with disabilities.
