The chapter is based on long-term research of the author and it defines the role of leisure for groups of children and youth at-risk which are characterised with a phenomenon of boredom and inability of positive self-realization of their leisure. These aspects point at the need for systematic primary prevention and challenges for the overall population of adolescents in their leisure, but also necessary support for the above mentioned groups of children in terms of risk elimination and offering some newpositive impulses in their leisure time (secondary prevention.) In extreme cases, the elimination of the danger caused by recurrent behaviour in which their leisure time also plays an essential role (tertiary prevention).
