As a literature review, the article presents results in accessibility and safety of persons with disabilitiesor specific needs, emphasizing online safety. Accessibility and safety in the context of persons withdisabilities and specific needs are one of the areas that are not neglected even in science and research.It happens in both domestic and foreign contexts. A literature search creates an overview of the topicsaddressed (research, studies, articles, publications) regarding the accessibility of persons withdisabilities / specific needs. It was created using various internet interfaces, platforms, and databases(EBSCO, Google Scholar, E-zdroje, Knihovny.cz, PROQUEST). The literature search revealed manyaddressed topics related to accessibility and safety in the context of persons with disabilities/specificneeds. Specifically, we focus on accessibility and security in the context of people with hearingimpairments, mobility restrictions, visual impairments, mental disabilities, mental illness, and impairedcommunication skills.
