The main objective of the empirical research was to identify and describe personal readiness of future primary school teachers for education about puberty in terms of their personal qualities and compliance with the requirements for personal readiness for education about puberty. The partial objectives were to assess the degree to which the requirements for personal readiness of future teachers for education about puberty are met and compare them (Czech Republic and Croatia). The objectives were achieved through a total of four research stages (preparatory, implementation, interpretation and final) which enabled us to gradually and systematically carry out our educational research, determine its conclusions and implement its outcomes.
